  1. 1. Turn on the oven and set it to 150 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
  2. 2. Beat the egg whites together with the lemon juice until very stiff. Slowly pour in the powdered sugar while stirring and continue beating until the mixture is shiny. Now gently fold in the hazelnuts and cinnamon.
  3. 3. Fill the egg white mixture into a piping bag fitted with a large star tip. Pipe walnut-sized mounds onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake the macaroons in the preheated oven for about 20 to 25 minutes.
