  6. 6. Continue whisking until the mixture is firm enough to hold its shape and looks glossy.
  7. 7. Gently fold in the almonds, pine nuts, and coffee.
  8. 8. Fill the mixture into a piping bag fitted with a large, round nozzle.
  9. 9. Pipe small mounds of the mixture onto the wafer biscuits.
  10. 10. Bake the macaroons in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes.
