🍽️ Creamy Mackerel Spread with Baguette

Ingredients
- 200 g mackerel fillet (skinless and boneless)
- 1 tbsp cream cheese
- salt (pepper)
- 1 tbsp orange juice
- 2 tbsp whipped cream
- 1 tbsp green peppercorns
Instructions
- 1. Place the mackerel fillets and the cream cheese into a food processor.
- 2. Blend the ingredients until you have a smooth, fine cream.
- 3. Season the mixture with a pinch of salt.
- 4. Add freshly ground black pepper.
- 5. Add some orange juice.
- 6. Taste the cream and adjust the seasoning to your liking.
- 7. Whip the cream in a separate bowl until stiff.
- 8. Coarsely chop the peppercorns.
- 9. Gently fold the whipped cream into the mackerel cream.
- 10. Stir the coarsely chopped peppercorns into the cream.
- 11. Spoon the finished cream into small pots or bowls.
- 12. Serve the cream alongside baguette.
