  3. 3. Peel the cucumber completely.
  4. 4. Slice the cucumber into half-centimeter thick rounds.
  5. 5. Wash the salad leaves thoroughly.
  6. 6. Dry the leaves using a salad spinner or a cloth.
  7. 7. Tear the salad leaves into bite-sized pieces if necessary.
  8. 8. Toast the bread slices until crispy.
  9. 9. Spread cream cheese evenly over each toast slice.
  10. 10. Spread mustard over each toast slice as well.
  11. 11. Distribute the washed salad over the toast slices.
  12. 12. Place the cucumber slices on top of the salad.
  13. 13. Lightly salt the topped toast slices.
  14. 14. Place the mackerel strips on top of the cucumber slices.
  15. 15. Grind fresh pepper over the dish.
  16. 16. Garnish the toast with fresh dill tips.
