🍽️ Crispy Toast with Mackerel and Cucumber

Ingredients
- 250 g smoked mackerel fillet
- 150 g cucumber (1 piece)
- 2 large lettuce leaves
- 100 g cream cheese
- 2 tsp mustard
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- dill tips (for garnish)
Instructions
- 1. Remove the skin from the mackerel.
- 2. Cut the mackerel fillet into thin strips.
- 3. Peel the cucumber completely.
- 4. Slice the cucumber into half-centimeter thick rounds.
- 5. Wash the salad leaves thoroughly.
- 6. Dry the leaves using a salad spinner or a cloth.
- 7. Tear the salad leaves into bite-sized pieces if necessary.
- 8. Toast the bread slices until crispy.
- 9. Spread cream cheese evenly over each toast slice.
- 10. Spread mustard over each toast slice as well.
- 11. Distribute the washed salad over the toast slices.
- 12. Place the cucumber slices on top of the salad.
- 13. Lightly salt the topped toast slices.
- 14. Place the mackerel strips on top of the cucumber slices.
- 15. Grind fresh pepper over the dish.
- 16. Garnish the toast with fresh dill tips.
- 17. Serve the toast immediately.
