  4. 4. Drizzle the fish with some lemon juice.
  5. 5. Let the fish sit for a few minutes to absorb the flavors.
  6. 6. Separate the garlic bulb into individual cloves.
  7. 7. Peel the garlic cloves.
  8. 8. Slice the peeled cloves into thin pieces.
  9. 9. Melt the butter in a large frying pan over medium heat.
  10. 10. Fry the mackerel on both sides for about five minutes each until golden brown.
  11. 11. Turn the fish once.
  12. 12. Add the garlic slices.
  13. 13. Cook everything together briefly at the end until the parsley is heated through.
