🥗 Classic Macaroni Salad

Ingredients
- 350 g short macaroni
- 1 zucchini
- 300 g small tomatoes
- 1 red onion
- 100 g black and green olives
- 250 g feta
- 1 tbsp finely chopped parsley
- juice of one lemon
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- salt
- pepper from the mill
Instructions
- 1. Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water until al dente. Drain, rinse briefly with cold water, and let them drain well.
- 2. Wash the zucchini and slice it into thin rounds.
- 3. Wash the tomatoes and cut them in half.
- 4. Peel the onion and slice it into rings.
- 5. Break the feta into small pieces.
- 6. Whisk the lemon juice with the oil, salt, pepper, and parsley. Mix the dressing with the pasta, zucchini, tomatoes, and onion. Divide the mixture onto plates, sprinkle with feta, and serve the salad.
