🍽️ Sushi Rolls with Salmon and Cucumber

Ingredients
- 0.5 cucumber
- 1 tsp wasabi
- 100 g fresh salmon fillet
- 2 roasted nori seaweed sheets
- 400 g sushi rice (cooked)
Instructions
- 1. Peel the cucumber.
- 2. Cut the cucumber in half lengthwise.
- 3. Remove the seeds from the center of the cucumber halves.
- 4. Cut the cucumber pieces into long, stick-shaped strips.
- 5. Cut the salmon lengthwise into strips about 0.5 cm thick.
- 6. Cut the nori sheets in half crosswise.
- 7. Spread a small amount of wasabi paste onto the nori halves.
- 8. Place the nori sheets one by one onto a sushi rolling mat.
- 9. Fill the rolls with the prepared salmon and cucumber strips.
- 10. Use the mat to shape four firm sushi rolls.
- 11. Cut each sushi roll into six equal pieces.
