🍽️ Fresh Corn and Spinach Salad

Ingredients
- 250 g corn (from the can)
- 350 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 red onion
- 200 g spinach
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 1 red chili pepper (to taste)
- vegetable oil
- 2 limes (juice)
- 1 pinch sugar

Instructions
- 1. Open the can of corn and drain the liquid.
- 2. Peel the onion and chop it into very small cubes.
- 3. Wash the spinach thoroughly and shake off excess water.
- 4. Place the spinach in a pot and heat it on very low until it wilts.
- 5. Remove the spinach from the pot and chop it finely.
- 6. Wash the chili peppers and cut them in half lengthwise.
- 7. Remove the seeds from the chili peppers and finely chop the flesh.
- 8. Wash the tomatoes and cut them in half.
- 9. Add the corn, chopped spinach, onion cubes, tomato halves, and chili to a large bowl.
- 10. Season the mixture with salt, pepper, and a pinch of sugar.
- 11. Add two tablespoons of oil and the juice of one lime.
- 12. Toss all ingredients together well.
- 13. Serve the salad best with grilled meat.
