🍽️ Fluffy Corn Omelets

Ingredients
- 200 ml milk
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 pinch salt
- 40 g butter
- 50 g cornmeal
- 4 eggs
- 100 g canned corn
- 200 g bean sprouts
- 2 tbsp oil
- 100 ml sour cream
- 1 bunch chives
Instructions
- 1. Put milk, honey, salt, and butter in a pot.
- 2. Heat the mixture until it boils.
- 3. Stir constantly while adding the cornmeal.
- 4. Continue cooking the mixture until it thickens.
- 5. Let the mixture cool down until it is lukewarm.
- 6. Whisk the egg yolk into the cooled mixture.
- 7. Add the drained corn.
- 8. Chop 50 grams of bean sprouts and add them.
- 9. Roughly fold in the egg whites.
- 10. Heat a pan and grease it with oil.
- 11. Fry two omelets from the mixture in the pan.
- 12. Remove the omelets from the pan and place them on plates.
- 13. Top the omelets with fresh bean sprouts.
- 14. Drizzle sour cream over the omelets.
- 15. Garnish the dish with fresh chives.
