🍽️ Grilled Corn on the Cob with Butter and Salt

Ingredients
- 4 fresh corn on the cob
- salt
- 1 pinch sugar
- vegetable oil (for brushing)
- 40 g butter
- sea salt
Instructions
- 1. Peel off the outer leaves and silk from the corn cobs. You can remove them completely or just pull them upwards.
- 2. Fill a pot with plenty of water and bring it to a boil.
- 3. Add salt and sugar to the boiling water.
- 4. Place the corn cobs into the water.
- 5. Let the corn cobs simmer gently for about 15 minutes.
- 6. Remove the corn cobs from the pot.
- 7. Let the water drain off the corn cobs.
- 8. Brush the corn cobs thinly with oil.
- 9. Place the corn cobs on the hot grill.
- 10. Grill the corn cobs for about 10 minutes, turning them occasionally.
- 11. Place butter flakes on the grilled corn cobs.
- 12. Sprinkle sea salt over the corn cobs.
- 13. Serve the corn cobs.
