🍽️ Grilled Corn on the Cob with Chili Butter

Ingredients
- 2 garlic cloves
- 100 g soft butter
- 1 tsp sweet paprika powder
- 2 pinch chili flakes
- 2 pinch celery salt
- 8 corn (blanched)
- sea salt
- pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Peel the garlic clove and chop it finely. Mix the garlic with the butter, paprika powder, chili flakes, and celery salt. Cover the mixture and let it infuse in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
- 2. Place the corn cobs on the preheated grill and cook them on all sides for a total of 5 to 6 minutes until lightly browned. Season with sea salt and pepper and serve with the chili butter.
