🍽️ Grilled Corn on the Cob with Herb Butter

Ingredients
- 8 corn cobs (cleaned)
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp butter
- pepper
- 16 toothpicks
Instructions
- 1. Fill a large pot with water and add a pinch of salt and a piece of butter.
- 2. Bring the water to a boil and place the corn cobs inside.
- 3. Cook the corn cobs on medium heat for about 40 to 60 minutes until tender.
- 4. Remove the corn cobs from the water and let them drain well.
- 5. Season the warm corn cobs generously with black pepper.
- 6. Place the corn cobs on the preheated grill.
- 7. Grill the corn cobs for about 3 to 5 minutes on each side until lightly browned.
- 8. Remove the corn cobs from the grill shortly before serving.
- 9. Place a piece of herb butter on each corn cob.
- 10. Let the butter melt slightly on the warm corn.
- 11. Insert a toothpick into both ends of each corn cob to use as handles.
- 12. Serve the corn cobs immediately on plates.
