🍽️ Grilled Corn on the Cob with Fresh Herb Butter

Ingredients
- Salt
- Sugar
- 4 corn on the cob
- 100 g soft butter
- 1 tsp. lemon zest (organic)
- 4 tbsp freshly chopped herbs
- Pepper (from the mill)
- coarse sea salt
Instructions
- 1. Fill a pot with water and bring it to a boil.
- 2. Add 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of sugar to the boiling water.
- 3. Cook the corn cobs in it for about 15 minutes until tender.
- 4. Take the softened butter and mix it thoroughly with the lemon zest, herbs, salt, and pepper.
- 5. Adjust the seasoning of the butter with a little more salt or pepper if you like.
- 6. Place the herb butter in the refrigerator until it is cold.
- 7. Drain the cooking water from the corn and let it cool down briefly.
- 8. Brush the corn cobs thinly with some butter.
- 9. Place the corn on the hot grill.
- 10. Grill the cobs for about 10 minutes, turning them around the whole way.
- 11. Cut the grilled corn into pieces as you prefer.
- 12. Sprinkle some sea salt over the finished corn pieces.
- 13. Serve the remaining cold herb butter on the side for dipping.
