🍽️ Roasted Corn on the Cob Wedges

Ingredients
- 4 pieces corn on the cob
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- salt
- pepper
- 0.5 tsp paprika powder
Instructions
- 1. Remove the husks and silk from the corn cobs.
- 2. Rinse the corn cobs under running water.
- 3. Cut each corn cob lengthwise into four equal wedges.
- 4. Line a baking sheet with baking paper.
- 5. Place the corn wedges on the prepared tray.
- 6. Brush the corn pieces evenly with oil.
- 7. Season the corn with salt, pepper, and paprika powder.
- 8. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (conventional heat).
- 9. Bake the corn in the oven for about 20 minutes.
- 10. Remove the baking sheet from the oven.
- 11. Serve the warm corn with a yogurt dip if desired.
