  1. 1. Remove the husks and silk from the corn cobs.
  2. 2. Rinse the corn cobs under running water.
  3. 3. Cut each corn cob lengthwise into four equal wedges.
  4. 4. Line a baking sheet with baking paper.
  5. 5. Place the corn wedges on the prepared tray.
  6. 6. Brush the corn pieces evenly with oil.
  7. 7. Season the corn with salt, pepper, and paprika powder.
  8. 8. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (conventional heat).
  9. 9. Bake the corn in the oven for about 20 minutes.
  10. 10. Remove the baking sheet from the oven.
  11. 11. Serve the warm corn with a yogurt dip if desired.
