🍽️ Colorful Salad with Corn, Beans, and Cheese

Ingredients
- 100 g white beans (from the can)
- 300 g corn (from the can)
- 150 g feta cheese
- 1 onion
- 1 bunch tarragon
- 50 g black olives
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp tarragon vinegar
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- 1. Drain the beans and corn thoroughly in a colander. Cut the cheese into small cubes. Wash the tarragon, pat it dry, and set one whole sprig aside for garnish. Finely chop the remaining tarragon and mix it with the cheese and the rest of the vegetables.
- 2. Whisk vinegar, salt, oil, and pepper in a small bowl until a smooth dressing forms. Drizzle this over the salad. Garnish with the olives and the reserved tarragon sprig.
