  1. 1. Drain the corn well in a sieve. Then mix it with the chili peppers, rice flour, regular flour, a pinch of salt, and just a little water until a sticky dough forms. Divide this mixture into 12 equal-sized balls.
  2. 2. Fry the balls in batches in hot oil until golden brown. The oil is ready when you hold a wooden spoon in it and small bubbles form around it. Place the finished beignets on kitchen paper to drain excess fat. Serve them with green chutney.
