🍽️ Tuna Temaki Sushi

Ingredients
- 4 small lettuce leaves
- 150 g tuna fillet (very fresh)
- 200 g prepared sushi rice
- 2 roasted nori sheets
- 1 tsp roasted sesame seeds
- 1 tsp wasabi paste
Instructions
- 1. Divide the tuna into four equal pieces.
- 2. Cut the nori sheets in half crosswise to create two narrow strips.
- 3. Shape the sushi rice into four small, compact balls.
- 4. Spread a thin layer of wasabi paste onto the nori half.
- 5. Place one rice ball, a few lettuce leaves, and a piece of tuna in the center of the nori.
- 6. Roll the nori into a cone shape and sprinkle sesame seeds on the tip.
