🍽️ Crispy Madeleines with Rose Flavor

Ingredients
- 125 g Sugar
- 100 g Butter
- 125 g Flour
- 1 Pinch Salt
- 3 Eggs
- 1 tsp Rose water
- soft Butter (for the molds)
- Powdered sugar (for dusting)
Instructions
- 1. Beat the butter and sugar with a mixer until creamy.
- 2. Stir the eggs into the butter-sugar mixture.
- 3. Add the flour, salt, and rose water.
- 4. Mix everything into a smooth batter.
- 5. Cover the bowl and place it in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
- 6. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- 7. Lightly grease the small madeleine molds (approx. 5 cm) with butter.
- 8. Press a thin layer of the batter into the prepared molds.
- 9. Place the molds on a baking rack.
- 10. Bake the madeleines in the preheated oven in the center for approx. 15 minutes.
- 11. Take the molds out of the oven.
- 12. Let the cakes cool down for a short while.
- 13. Carefully release the madeleines from the molds.
- 14. Place them on a cake rack to cool completely.
- 15. Dust the finished madeleines with powdered sugar before serving.
