Ingredients
- 200 g sliced cheese (block)
- 1 small red bell pepper
- 1 small yellow bell pepper
- 2 leaves sugar lettuce
- 4 long wooden skewers
- 1 salad cucumber
- 1 piece red bell pepper
- 1 piece radish
- tomato paste (for the eyes)
- 8 small bunch carrots
- 8 chives
- 8 mini mozzarella balls

- 8 thick chives
- 8 small tomatoes
- 0.25 bunch chives
- 1 slice toast bread
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)

Instructions
- 1. Cut the cheese into eight equal cubes.
- 2. Wash the peppers thoroughly.
- 3. Remove the stem and seeds from the pepper.
- 4. Halve the pepper lengthwise.
- 5. Clean out the white inner membranes of the pepper halves.
- 6. Cut each pepper half into two pieces.
- 7. Place the pepper pieces with the cut side facing up on a plate.
- 8. Fill each hollow of the pepper with one cheese cube.
- 9. Wash the lettuce leaves.
- 10. Dry the lettuce leaves thoroughly.
- 11. Cut the lettuce leaves into wide strips.
- 12. Cut the wooden skewers in half.
- 13. Skewer one lettuce leaf as a sail onto each skewer half.
- 14. Insert the skewer halves as masts vertically into the cheese pieces.
- 15. Wash the cucumber.
- 16. Dry the cucumber.
- 17. Slice the cucumber into thin rounds.
- 18. Arrange the cucumber slices on a plate.
- 19. Form a snake with the slices.
- 20. Cut the front end of the cucumber into a wedge shape.
- 21. Create the snake's head.
- 22. Cut a small piece of pepper as a tongue.
- 23. Insert the pepper tongue into the head shape.
- 24. Carve two eyes from a peeled radish.
- 25. Insert the radish eyes.
- 26. Draw the pupils with tomato paste.
- 27. Peel the carrots.
- 28. Slightly flatten one side of the carrots.
- 29. Ensure the carrots can stand.
- 30. Insert small pieces of chive stems as antennae.
- 31. Pat eight mozzarella balls dry.
- 32. Place the mozzarella balls in a spiral on the carrots.
- 33. Form a little house.
- 34. Mark the spiral with tomato paste.
- 35. Wash the radishes.
- 36. Trim the radishes.
- 37. Leave the root as a snout.
- 38. Insert chive stems as tails into the back end of eight radishes.
- 39. Make small slits for the eyes.
- 40. Cut pieces for the ears from one radish.
- 41. Insert the ears into slits above the eyes.
- 42. Cut a lid off the tomatoes.
- 43. Divide the lid into four wing flaps.
- 44. Set aside sixteen chive pieces as antennae.
- 45. Cut the remaining chives into small rings.
- 46. Hollow out the tomatoes.
- 47. Toast the bread.
- 48. Cut the bread into small cubes.
- 49. Mix the bread cubes with the hollowed-out tomato flesh.
- 50. Add olive oil.
- 51. Add the chive rings.
- 52. Season the filling.
- 53. Stuff the tomatoes with the mixture.
- 54. Place the wings on the tomatoes with a slight spread.
- 55. Insert the antennae into the filling.
- 56. Cut eyes and spots from mozzarella.
- 57. Stick the mozzarella pieces onto the beetles using mayonnaise.
