Ingredients
- 50 g chocolate (grated)
- 1 banana
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 4 tbsp oil
- 2 eggs
- 70 g sugar
- 6 tbsp buttermilk
- 250 g flour
- 0.5 packet baking powder
- 60 g melted butter
- 230 g flour
- 20 g cocoa powder
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 150 g sugar
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ground cloves (1/4 tsp each)
- nutmeg (1/4 tsp each)
- 2 tbsp chopped hazelnuts
- 1 untreated orange
- 2 eggs
- 100 ml milk
- 200 g powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp cocoa powder
- 150 g powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp milk
- food coloring (red, green, brown)
- 150 g powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 egg white
- colorful chocolate lentils
- licorice snake

Instructions
- 1. Peel the banana.
- 2. Mash the banana thoroughly with a fork.
- 3. Stir in a little lemon juice.
- 4. Beat the eggs, sugar, oil, and buttermilk until fluffy.
- 5. Fold in the banana puree.
- 6. Mix the flour with the baking powder.
- 7. Stir in the flour mixture and chocolate briefly until moist.
- 8. Grease the muffin tin.
- 9. Alternatively, place two paper liners inside each other in the molds.
- 10. Divide the batter evenly among the cups.
- 11. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
- 12. Bake in the center of the oven for about 20 minutes.
- 13. Remove the cupcakes from the oven.
- 14. Let them cool down completely.
- 15. Place fresh paper liners into the tin molds.
- 16. Mix flour, baking powder, sugar, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, clove powder, and hazelnuts in a bowl.
- 17. Wash the orange thoroughly with hot water and pat dry.
- 18. Grate the orange zest and add it to the flour mixture.
- 19. Squeeze the orange juice.
- 20. Whisk eggs, milk, orange juice, and butter in a separate bowl.
- 21. Combine the wet and dry mixtures.
- 22. Stir briefly until dry ingredients are moistened.
- 23. Fill the batter into the prepared liners.
- 24. Bake at 200 degrees in the center of the oven for about 25 minutes.
- 25. Bake until golden yellow.
- 26. Whisk powdered sugar and lemon juice into a creamy glaze.
- 27. Remove about two teaspoons of the glaze.
- 28. Color this small amount brown with cocoa powder.
- 29. Spread the white glaze generously over the muffins.
- 30. Fill the brown glaze into a small plastic bag.
- 31. Snip off a tiny corner of the bag.
- 32. Pipe rings with the brown glaze.
- 33. Drag the rings with a toothpick to form a spiderweb.
- 34. Let the spiderweb dry.
- 35. Make a thick icing from powdered sugar and milk.
- 36. Color three-quarters of the icing red.
- 37. Divide the remaining part into three equal portions.
- 38. Color one portion green and one brown.
- 39. Leave the third portion white.
- 40. Fill the colors into small piping bags.
- 41. Coat the cupcakes with the red icing.
- 42. Decorate them with brown, green, and white accents.
- 43. Shape them to look like apples.
- 44. Whisk powdered sugar and egg white until fluffy.
- 45. Stir in lemon juice until a thick glaze forms.
- 46. Brush the tops of the muffins thickly with this glaze.
- 47. Create faces using fondant and food coloring.
- 48. Place chocolate buttons, licorice pieces, and chocolate shavings on top.
- 49. Do this while the icing is still wet.
- 50. Shape ears from gummy snakes, for example.
- 51. Use other ideas as you wish.
- 52. Use marzipan, buttercream, Smarties, fondant, gummy bears, or colored sugar.
