🍰 Lemon Quark Dessert with Figs and Pistachios

Ingredients
- 0.5 organic lemon
- 100 g low-fat quark
- 150 g yogurt (1,5 % fat)
- 0.5 tsp ground cardamom
- liquid sweetener (to taste)
- 100 g fresh fig (2 fresh figs)
- 10 g pistachios (2 tsp)
Instructions
- 1. Cut the lemon in half and rinse the cut surface under hot water. Then pat it dry and finely grate one teaspoon of the zest.
- 2. Mix the lemon zest with the quark, yogurt, cardamom, and your preferred sweetener in a bowl. Let the mixture rest for about five minutes to allow the flavors to blend well.
- 3. Wash the figs thoroughly and pat them dry with a kitchen towel. Then slice them into thin pieces.
- 4. Finely chop the pistachios.
- 5. Arrange the fig slices on the plates. Top with the lemon-cardamom quark mixture and finally sprinkle with the chopped pistachios.
