  1. 1. Put the mozzarella and 100 grams of cream cheese into a bowl.
  2. 2. Warm the cheese briefly in the microwave.
  3. 3. Stir the cheese and warm it again.
  4. 4. Repeat warming and stirring until the cheese types are well combined.
  5. 5. Mix the almond flour with the baking powder.
  6. 6. Add the flour mixture, 30 grams of sugar, and the egg to the cheese.
  7. 7. Knead everything into a smooth dough.
  8. 8. Place the dough on a lightly floured work surface.
  9. 9. Shape the dough into a rectangle about 25 by 30 centimeters.
  10. 10. Make sure the dough is about 0.5 centimeters thick.
  11. 11. Melt the butter.
  12. 12. Mix the melted butter with 20 grams of sugar and cinnamon.
  13. 13. Brush the dough with the cinnamon-butter mixture.
  14. 14. Roll up the dough lengthwise.
  15. 15. Cut the roll into pieces about 3 centimeters thick.
  16. 16. Place the pieces into an ovenproof dish.
  17. 17. Preheat the oven.
  18. 18. Bake the rolls at 175 degrees conventional heat, 150 degrees fan-forced, or gas mark 2.
