  1. 1. Remove the seeds from half the melon using a teaspoon and cut the flesh into wedges. Cut two round slices from one of these wedges and set them aside.
  2. 2. Cut the remaining flesh off the rinds and dice it. Place the cubes in a tall container and puree the mixture very finely using a hand blender.
  3. 3. Add the spinach juice and blend everything briefly. Pour the mixture with ice cubes into glasses, garnish with the reserved melon slices, and serve immediately.
