Ingredients
- 0.5 melon
- 200 ml spinach juice
- ice cubes
Instructions
- 1. Remove the seeds from half the melon using a teaspoon and cut the flesh into wedges. Cut two round slices from one of these wedges and set them aside.
- 2. Cut the remaining flesh off the rinds and dice it. Place the cubes in a tall container and puree the mixture very finely using a hand blender.
- 3. Add the spinach juice and blend everything briefly. Pour the mixture with ice cubes into glasses, garnish with the reserved melon slices, and serve immediately.
