  2. 2. Add all ingredients to a large bowl.
  3. 3. Mix the ingredients in the bowl thoroughly.
  4. 4. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  5. 5. Spread the granola mixture evenly over the prepared tray.
  6. 6. Preheat the oven.
  7. 7. Set the temperature to 180 degrees (160 degrees for fan-assisted ovens or gas mark 2 to 3).
  8. 8. Bake the mixture for 10 to 15 minutes until it is golden brown.
  9. 9. Remove the tray from the oven.

  11. 11. Transfer the cooled mixture into a storage jar.
