🍳 Crunchy Low-Carb Granola Mix

Ingredients
- 150 g hazelnut kernels
- 150 g cashew kernels
- 150 g sliced almond kernels
- 50 g cacao nibs
- 50 g melted coconut oil
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- 1. Roughly chop the hazelnuts and cashew nuts into small pieces.
- 2. Add all ingredients to a large bowl.
- 3. Mix the ingredients in the bowl thoroughly.
- 4. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- 5. Spread the granola mixture evenly over the prepared tray.
- 6. Preheat the oven.
- 7. Set the temperature to 180 degrees (160 degrees for fan-assisted ovens or gas mark 2 to 3).
- 8. Bake the mixture for 10 to 15 minutes until it is golden brown.
- 9. Remove the tray from the oven.
- 10. Allow the granola to cool down completely.
- 11. Transfer the cooled mixture into a storage jar.
