🍽️ Grilled Sea Bass with Asparagus

Ingredients
- 500 g white asparagus
- 30 g liquid butter
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 4 sea bass fillets (approx. 160 g each)
- 6 chives
- 3 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your grill.
- 2. Peel the asparagus.
- 3. Trim about 2 centimeters off the bottom ends of the asparagus stalks.
- 4. Distribute the asparagus onto two aluminum grilling trays.
- 5. Brush the asparagus with the butter.
- 6. Place the trays on the preheated grill.
- 7. Grill the asparagus for about 20 minutes.
- 8. Turn the asparagus several times during the cooking time.
- 9. Season the asparagus with salt and pepper.
- 10. Rinse the fish under running water.
- 11. Pat the fish dry with kitchen paper.
- 12. Season the fish with salt and pepper.
- 13. Place the fish on a grilling tray.
- 14. Grill the fish for about 10 minutes.
- 15. Wash the chives.
- 16. Shake the chives dry.
- 17. Cut the chives into small rings.
- 18. Mix the chives with the honey and lemon juice.
- 19. Brush the finished fish with the honey-lemon mixture.
- 20. Serve the fish together with the grilled asparagus.
