Ingredients
- 0.5 bunch chive
- 1 red onion
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
- iodized salt
- white pepper (from the mill)
- 1 tsp liquid honey
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 150 g dandelion greens
- 2 tomatoes
- 40 g black olives (with pit)
- 50 g feta cheese
- 2 slices whole grain bread
Instructions
- 1. Finely chop the chives.
- 2. Slice the onion into thin rings.
- 3. Whisk lemon juice, vinegar, salt, pepper, honey, and oil together in a small bowl to make the dressing.
- 4. Stir the chopped chives and onion rings into the dressing.
- 5. Wash the dandelion greens and tear the leaves into bite-sized pieces.
- 6. Cut the tomatoes into small cubes.
- 7. Arrange the dandelion greens, tomatoes, and olives on a plate.
- 8. Cut the sheep's cheese into small cubes.
- 9. Sprinkle the cheese cubes over the salad.
- 10. Drizzle the prepared dressing over everything.
- 11. Serve the salad with hearty whole grain bread.
