Ingredients
- 400 g lobster meat
- 2 sandwich rolls
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp crème fraîche
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 splash lemon juice
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 2 large leaves iceberg lettuce
Instructions
- 1. Toast the buns on both sides until golden brown, then slice them open lengthwise.
- 2. Whisk together mayonnaise, crème fraîche, mustard, and lemon juice to make a smooth sauce, then season with salt and pepper. Coarsely crumble the lobster meat and gently fold it into the sauce.
- 3. Wash the lettuce leaves, pat them dry, and slice them into thin strips. Fill the buns with the lettuce and the lobster mixture. Serve immediately.
