🍽️ Lobster Roll

Ingredients
- 2 stalks celery
- 2 lobster (cooked and picked)
- 4 tbsp mayonnaise
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 1 dash lemon juice
- 1 tbsp butter
- 4 rolls (e.g. hot dog rolls)
Instructions
- 1. Wash the celery thoroughly and remove any tough strings.
- 2. Dice the celery into very small cubes.
- 3. Cut the prepared lobster meat into small pieces.
- 4. Place the lobster meat and celery into a bowl.
- 5. Stir the mayonnaise into the fish and celery mixture.
- 6. Season the filling with salt, pepper, and a splash of lemon juice.
- 7. Heat a pan and add the butter.
- 8. Place the buns into the hot pan.
- 9. Toast the buns for two to three minutes until golden brown.
- 10. Turn the buns over using tongs.
- 11. Toast the other side until golden brown as well.
- 12. Remove the buns from the pan and let them cool down briefly.
- 13. Open the buns and cut them open if necessary to lay them flat.
- 14. Fill the buns generously with the lobster and celery mixture.
- 15. Serve the lobster roll with chips if desired.
