🥤 Litchi Lassi

Ingredients
- 300 g lychee
- 1 teaspoon cardamom (ground)
- 1 tbsp honey
- 500 g yogurt
- 400 ml lychee juice (well chilled)
- 4 cardamom pods
Instructions
- 1. Peel the litchis and carefully cut the flesh away from the pit. Set aside eight nice halves for decoration.
- 2. Put the remaining litchi flesh into a blender. Add the cardamom, honey, and yogurt, and blend everything into a creamy mixture. Slowly pour in the litchi juice while blending until the mixture is nice and creamy.
- 3. Pour the lassi into four glasses. Garnish each glass with the remaining litchis and one broken cardamom pod. Serve the drink immediately.
