  1. 1. Peel the litchis and carefully cut the flesh away from the pit. Set aside eight nice halves for decoration.
  2. 2. Put the remaining litchi flesh into a blender. Add the cardamom, honey, and yogurt, and blend everything into a creamy mixture. Slowly pour in the litchi juice while blending until the mixture is nice and creamy.
  3. 3. Pour the lassi into four glasses. Garnish each glass with the remaining litchis and one broken cardamom pod. Serve the drink immediately.
