Ingredients
- 500 g Cod fillet
- Salt
- Pepper (from the mill)
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 Onion
- 1 Clove of garlic
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 0.5 l Broth
- 2 tbsp Vinegar
- 250 g Lentils
- 1 Stalk Celery
- Dill tips (for garnish)
Instructions
- 1. Peel the onion and the garlic.
- 2. Finely chop the onion and garlic.
- 3. Heat the butter in a pan.
- 4. Sauté the onion and garlic mixture until translucent in the butter.
- 5. Deglaze the mixture with the broth and vinegar.
- 6. Wash the lentils and add them to the pan.
- 7. Simmer the lentils over medium heat for about 12 minutes.
- 8. Cut the fish fillet into smaller pieces.
- 9. Season the fish pieces with salt and pepper.
- 10. Drizzle the fish with lemon juice.
- 11. Add the fish to the lentils.
- 12. Cook the fish along with the lentils for 5 minutes.
- 13. Wash the celery.
- 14. Remove the tough parts from the celery.
- 15. Slice the celery into thin slices.
- 16. Set aside the celery greens.
- 17. Drain the excess liquid from the lentils.
- 18. Finally, adjust the seasoning of the lentils.
- 19. Divide the lentil salad onto plates.
- 20. Top the plates with the celery slices.
- 21. Place the fish pieces on the salad.
- 22. Garnish the dish with dill.
- 23. Additionally, garnish the dish with the reserved celery greens.
- 24. Serve the dish.
