  8. 8. Peel the onion.
  9. 9. Slice the onion into thin rings.
  10. 10. Cut the pear into quarters.
  11. 11. Remove the core from the pear pieces.
  12. 12. Cut the pear pieces into thin wedges.
  13. 13. Mix the onion rings and pear wedges together loosely.
  14. 14. Distribute the onion and pear mixture onto your plates.
  15. 15. Pour the kefir into a small bowl.
  16. 16. Add the oil to the kefir.
