Ingredients
- 10 untreated lemons
- 700 ml alcohol 90 % alcohol content (from the pharmacy)
- 800 g sugar
Instructions
- 1. Wash the lemons thoroughly.
- 2. Peel the skin thinly.
- 3. Put the lemon peel into the alcohol.
- 4. Seal the container well.
- 5. Let the mixture infuse for 12 days.
- 6. Filter the liquid through a cloth.
- 7. Squeeze the remaining liquid out of the peels.
- 8. Boil the sugar with 1 liter of water.
- 9. Let the syrup simmer quietly for about 10 minutes.
- 10. Mix the alcohol with the syrup.
- 11. Pour the liqueur into a bottle.
- 12. Garnish the liqueur with a lemon peel if desired.
- 13. Seal the bottle well.
