  3. 3. Fry the chicken drumsticks in the hot oil until golden brown on all sides.
  4. 4. Finely chop the shallot and mix it with the pine nuts, salt, pepper, and one tablespoon of olive oil to form a paste.
  5. 5. Coat the fried chicken drumsticks evenly with the shallot paste.
  6. 6. Place the chicken drumsticks in a baking dish.
  7. 7. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius and place the dish on the middle rack.
  8. 8. Bake the chicken for about 30 minutes using top and bottom heat.
  9. 9. Peel the carrots and cut them into thin sticks.
  10. 10. Mix the carrot sticks with the drained raisins, the honey, and the chopped parsley.
  11. 11. Season the carrot mixture with a pinch of salt.
  12. 12. Serve the chicken on plates together with the carrot mixture.
  13. 13. Garnish each plate with half a lemon slice.
