  1. 1. Quickly knead flour, salt, powdered sugar, egg yolk, the cut butter pieces, and 2 tablespoons of cold water into a smooth dough.
  2. 2. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and chill it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  3. 3. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees (for gas ovens, this corresponds to level 3).
  4. 4. Roll out the dough on a floured surface.
  5. 5. Line a tart pan with a diameter of 26 centimeters with the dough.
  6. 6. Prick the dough base several times with a fork.
  7. 7. Bake the base in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
  8. 8. Beat the whole eggs, the egg yolk, and the condensed milk until creamy.
  9. 9. Stir the grated lime zest and lime juice into the egg mixture.
  10. 10. Pour the filling onto the pre-baked crust.
  11. 11. Bake the tart for 30 to 40 minutes until the filling is set.
  12. 12. Slice the starfruit into thin slices shortly before serving.
  13. 13. Decorate the finished tart with the starfruit slices.
  14. 14. Sprinkle chopped pistachios over the tart.
