🍽️ Fresh Lime Dip

Ingredients
- 1 lime
- 100 g cream cheese
- 100 g sour cream
- 0.5 red chili pepper
- 0.5 cucumber
- 2 tbsp chive rings
- 15 g alfalfa sprouts
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the lime under hot water.
- 2. Grate the lime zest finely.
- 3. Squeeze the lime juice.
- 4. Mix the cream cheese with the sour cream.
- 5. Add the lime juice to the cheese and sour cream mixture.
- 6. Add the grated lime zest.
- 7. Stir everything until smooth.
- 8. Remove the stem and seeds from the chili pepper.
- 9. Wash the deseeded chili pepper.
- 10. Dice the chili pepper very finely.
- 11. Peel the cucumber.
- 12. Cut the cucumber in half lengthwise.
- 13. Remove the seeds from the cucumber halves with a spoon.
- 14. Dice the cucumber flesh finely.
- 15. Set aside one tablespoon of the cucumber cubes.
- 16. Wash the sprouts.
- 17. Let the sprouts drain.
- 18. Set aside some sprouts for garnish.
- 19. Add the chili cubes to the sauce.
- 20. Add the remaining cucumber cubes to the sauce.
- 21. Add the chive rings to the sauce.
- 22. Add the sprouts to the sauce.
- 23. Stir the ingredients into the sauce.
- 24. Season the sauce with salt.
- 25. Season the sauce with pepper.
- 26. Sprinkle the sauce with the reserved cucumber cubes.
- 27. Sprinkle the sauce with the reserved sprouts.
- 28. Serve the dip.
