🥤 Fresh Lime Ice Cube Lemonade

Ingredients
- 75 g small berries (blueberries, redcurrants or raspberries)
- 250 ml fruit juice (to your liking)
- 6 organic limes
- 100 g coconut blossom sugar
- 1.25 l mineral water (well chilled)
Instructions
- 1. Wash the berries thoroughly.
- 2. Place the washed berries into the compartments of an ice cube tray.
- 3. Fill the tray with water.
- 4. Put the tray into the freezer.
- 5. Let the berry ice cubes freeze for about 2 to 3 hours.
- 6. Take a second, empty ice cube tray.
- 7. Fill this tray with lime juice.
- 8. Put this tray into the freezer as well.
- 9. Let the lime juice ice cubes freeze as well.
- 10. Squeeze five limes to extract the juice.
- 11. Pour the lime juice into a bowl.
- 12. Add coconut blossom sugar.
- 13. Stir the mixture vigorously.
- 14. Keep stirring until the sugar is completely dissolved.
- 15. Pour the lime-sugar mixture into a large bowl or jug.
- 16. Add well-chilled mineral water.
- 17. Take another lime.
- 18. Rinse the lime under hot water.
- 19. Dry the lime with a cloth.
- 20. Slice the lime into thin rounds.
- 21. Take the frozen berry ice cubes out of the freezer.
- 22. Take the frozen lime juice ice cubes out of the freezer.
- 23. Add both types of ice cubes to the lemonade.
- 24. Add the lime slices to the lemonade.
- 25. Serve the lemonade immediately.
