🍽️ Refreshing Lime-Wine Granita with Mint

Ingredients
- 4 limes
- 400 ml white wine
- 1 tbsp powdered sugar
- 6 stems mint
- Lime wedges (for garnish)
Instructions
- 1. Rinse two limes under hot water and pat them dry.
- 2. Finely grate the zest of one lime.
- 3. Squeeze the juice from the limes (you need about 100 milliliters).
- 4. Mix the lime juice, white wine, powdered sugar, and lime zest in a bowl.
- 5. Pour the mixture into a shallow, freezer-safe dish and place it in the freezer for 3 to 4 hours.
- 6. Stir the mixture once after about one hour to help form small ice crystals.
- 7. Stir the mixture occasionally during the remaining freezing time.
- 8. Pick the mint leaves off the stems.
- 9. Chop large mint leaves into small pieces.
- 10. Set the mint leaves aside until just before serving.

- 12. Fold the mint leaves into the granita just before serving.
- 13. Spoon the granita into glasses.
- 14. Garnish the glasses with lime wedges.
- 15. Serve the granita immediately.
