🍝 Spaghetti with Lime Dressing and Shrimp

Ingredients
- 400 g Spaghetti
- salt
- mixed pepper (from the mill)
- 16 shrimp (ready for cooking)
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 limes (quartered)
- lime
- 6 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion
Instructions
- 1. Cook the spaghetti in salted water until al dente. Drain, rinse briefly with cold water, and let the water drain off.
- 2. Season the shrimp with salt and pepper. Fry them in one tablespoon of olive oil for about 3 minutes on all sides. Press in the garlic, stir briefly, and fry together. Then remove the shrimp and keep them warm.
- 3. Peel the onion. Cut it in half lengthwise, then slice it into very thin half-rings.
- 4. Mix the lime juice with salt, pepper, and olive oil. Fold in the onion rings and lime wedges with the spaghetti. Serve on plates, add the shrimp, and garnish with tarragon leaves.
