🍽️ Lime-Pistachio Butter with Vegetables

Ingredients
- 30 g chopped pistachios
- 80 g butter
- juice of 1 lime
- salt
- pepper from the mill
- 1 pinch sugar
- 1 bunch carrots
- salt
- 1 bunch spring onions
Instructions
- 1. Toast the pistachios in a pan for a short time.
- 2. Add the butter and let it melt.
- 3. Stir the lime juice into the butter.
- 4. Season the butter with salt, pepper, and sugar.
- 5. Peel the carrots and cut them into pieces.
- 6. Boil the carrot pieces in salted water for 8 to 10 minutes.
- 7. Clean and wash the spring onions.
- 8. Cut the spring onions into pieces.
- 9. Stew the spring onions separately in a little salted water for 3 to 4 minutes.
- 10. Drain the vegetables.
- 11. Serve the vegetables with the lime-pistachio butter.
