🍰 Lime Yogurt Mousse

Ingredients
- 3.5 sheets gelatin
- 2 unpeeled limes
- 300 g plain yogurt
- 80 g powdered sugar
- 300 g whipping cream
Instructions
- 1. Soak the gelatin leaves in cold water according to the package instructions.
- 2. Wash the limes under hot water and pat them dry.
- 3. Finely grate the lime zest and squeeze out the juice.
- 4. Stir the lime juice, zest, yogurt, and powdered sugar together in a bowl.
- 5. Squeeze the soaked gelatin well to remove excess water.
- 6. Place the gelatin and one tablespoon of the lime yogurt mixture into a small saucepan.
- 7. Warm the mixture in the saucepan until the gelatin has completely dissolved.
- 8. Remove the saucepan from the heat.
- 9. Stir one to two tablespoons of the remaining yogurt mixture into the warm gelatin.
- 10. Mix the gelatin-yogurt mixture into the remaining lime yogurt in the bowl.
- 11. Whip the cream until stiff.
- 12. Gently fold the whipped cream into the yogurt mixture.
- 13. Fill the mousse into glasses.
- 14. Place the glasses in the refrigerator for one to two hours.
- 15. Serve the mousse with fruit and mint as desired.
