  1. 1. Soak the gelatin leaves in cold water according to the package instructions.
  2. 2. Wash the limes under hot water and pat them dry.
  3. 3. Finely grate the lime zest and squeeze out the juice.
  4. 4. Stir the lime juice, zest, yogurt, and powdered sugar together in a bowl.
  5. 5. Squeeze the soaked gelatin well to remove excess water.
  6. 6. Place the gelatin and one tablespoon of the lime yogurt mixture into a small saucepan.
  7. 7. Warm the mixture in the saucepan until the gelatin has completely dissolved.
  8. 8. Remove the saucepan from the heat.
  9. 9. Stir one to two tablespoons of the remaining yogurt mixture into the warm gelatin.
  10. 10. Mix the gelatin-yogurt mixture into the remaining lime yogurt in the bowl.
  11. 11. Whip the cream until stiff.
  12. 12. Gently fold the whipped cream into the yogurt mixture.
  13. 13. Fill the mousse into glasses.
  14. 14. Place the glasses in the refrigerator for one to two hours.
  15. 15. Serve the mousse with fruit and mint as desired.
