🥤 Fresh Lime Ginger Drink

Ingredients
- 15 g Ginger
- 2 small organic limes
- 4 sprigs mint
- 50 ml Ginger Ale (ice cold)
- 100 ml Mineral water (ice cold)
- Also: ice cubes
Instructions
- 1. Peel the ginger.
- 2. Cut the ginger into small pieces.
- 3. Press the ginger pieces through a garlic press into a cocktail shaker.
- 4. Pour the juice and ice cubes into the shaker.
- 5. Shake the mixture vigorously.
- 6. Pour the contents into a glass.
- 7. Add the chopped mint.
- 8. Top up the drink with ginger ale.
- 9. Add mineral water.
- 10. Garnish the glass with the lime strips.
