  5. 5. Whip the cream until stiff and gently fold it into the lime cream.
  6. 6. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and freeze it.
  7. 7. Peel the grapefruit and oranges thickly so that no white pith remains.
  8. 8. Segment the citrus fruits to separate the flesh pieces.
  9. 9. Mix the citrus segments with the orange liqueur and the pistachios.
