  5. 5. If you have an ice cream maker, pour the mixture in and churn until it becomes ice cream.
  6. 6. Alternatively, pour the mixture into a metal bowl.
  7. 7. Place the bowl in the freezer compartment.
  8. 8. Let the ice cream freeze for 3 to 4 hours.
  9. 9. Stir the mixture once every hour.
  10. 10. Regular stirring ensures a smooth texture.
  11. 11. Take the finished ice cream out of the freezer.
  12. 12. Scoop small balls (quenelles) using an ice cream scoop.
  13. 13. Place the ice cream balls onto dessert plates.
  14. 14. Garnish the ice cream with fresh lime slices.
  15. 15. Add lemon balm as a decoration.
  16. 16. Serve the ice cream immediately.
