🥤 Fresh Lime Punch

Ingredients
- 1 bunch lemon balm
- mint (1 bunch each)
- thyme (1 bunch each)
- 6 limes
- 80 ml white rum
- 1 l Gewürztraminer
- 2 bottles cold sparkling wine
- lemon balm leaf (for garnish)
Instructions
- 1. Wash the herbs thoroughly and shake them dry. Wash three limes and slice them into thin rounds.
- 2. Place the lime slices and herb leaves in a bowl. Pour in rum and Gewürztraminer wine. Cover the bowl and let the mixture infuse in the refrigerator for about one hour.
- 3. Strain the liquid into a large punch bowl. Top up the punch with sparkling wine. Slice the remaining limes and add them to the punch along with lemon balm leaves.
