  1. 1. Mix flour, powdered sugar, water, and butter in a bowl until a smooth dough forms.
  2. 2. Place the dough in a cool spot for 1 to 2 hours to rest.
  3. 3. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
  4. 4. Grease a pie pan with a 25-centimeter diameter well with fat.
  5. 5. Roll the dough between two sheets of plastic wrap into a circle 27 to 28 centimeters in diameter.
  6. 6. Remove the wrap and carefully line the pan with the dough.
  7. 7. Prick the base several times with a fork to prevent it from rising.
  8. 8. Place legumes (e.g., dried beans) as pie weights on the dough base.
  9. 9. Bake the dough for 15 minutes in the oven.
  10. 10. Remove the pan from the oven and remove the legumes.
  11. 11. Bake the empty base for another 10 minutes until golden brown.
  12. 12. Let the pie base cool completely.
  13. 13. Put the egg yolks in a separate bowl.
  14. 14. Whip the egg yolks thickly with the condensed milk.
  15. 15. Wash the limes hot and dry them well.
  16. 16. Grate the zest of two limes finely and add it to the egg yolk mixture.
  17. 17. Squeeze the limes and measure out about 1/8 liter of juice.
  18. 18. Add the lime juice to the cream as well and stir everything briefly.
  19. 19. Pour the cream onto the cooled pie base and smooth it out.
  20. 20. Bake the pie for 20 to 25 minutes in the oven.
  21. 21. In the meantime, beat the egg whites to stiff peaks.
  22. 22. Trickle sugar and baking powder gradually into the egg whites.
  23. 23. Put the meringue mixture on the pre-baked pie.
  24. 24. Spread the mixture cloud-shaped over the pie with a tablespoon.
  25. 25. Turn on the oven grill.
  26. 26. Brown the meringue golden brown in just under 5 minutes.
  27. 27. Watch the pie constantly so that the meringue does not burn.
  28. 28. Let the pie cool well in the pan.
  29. 29. Whip the cream stiffly.
  30. 30. Decorate the pie with the whipped cream.
