🍽️ Purple Carrots with Garlic Yogurt Dip

Ingredients
- 400 g purple carrots
- 5 garlic cloves
- 250 g yogurt
- 100 g sour cream
- salt
- white pepper
- 1 dash lime juice
Instructions
- 1. Peel the purple carrots and cut them in half lengthwise. Peel the garlic cloves, chop them finely, and stir them into the yogurt.
- 2. Now stir the clabber (thickened milk) into the yogurt mixture. Finally, season the dip to taste with a pinch of salt, some black pepper, and a splash of lime juice.
- 3. Serve the finished carrots with the dip in small glasses as you like.
