  1. 1. Wash the mushrooms thoroughly and slice them into thin pieces.
  2. 2. Peel the carrots and wash them.
  3. 3. First, slice the carrots into thin rounds.
  4. 4. Then, cut the carrot slices into fine strips.
  5. 5. Place the carrot strips into a pot.
  6. 6. Pour 5 tablespoons of vegetable broth over the carrots.
  7. 7. Add the mushroom slices to the pot.
  8. 8. Cover the pot with a lid.
  9. 9. Simmer the vegetables for about 5 minutes over medium heat.
  10. 10. Season the vegetables with salt and pepper.
  11. 11. Prepare 4 large sheets of aluminum foil.
  12. 12. Each foil sheet should be approximately 30 by 30 centimeters.
  13. 13. Fold up the edges of the foil slightly.
  14. 14. Distribute the cooked vegetables evenly across the 4 foil sheets.
  15. 15. Rinse the lengfish fillets under running water.
  16. 16. Pat the fillets dry with a kitchen towel.
  17. 17. Place the fish fillets on top of the vegetables.
  18. 18. Season the fillets with salt and pepper.
  19. 19. Wash the lemongrass.
  20. 20. Remove the tough outer leaves from the lemongrass.
  21. 21. Finely chop the soft inner part of the lemongrass.
  22. 22. Sprinkle the chopped lemongrass over the fish fillets.
  23. 23. Drizzle 2 tablespoons of vegetable broth over each portion.
  24. 24. Fold the aluminum foil tightly into packets.
  25. 25. Place the packets on the hot grill.
  26. 26. Grill the packets for 12 to 15 minutes.
