🍳 Crunchy Flaxseed Muesli with Yogurt

Ingredients
- 8 tbsp fruit muesli
- 2 tbsp spelt flakes
- 100 g blackberries
- 50 g red currants
- 100 g blueberries
- 2 tbsp flaxseeds
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- lemon juice (to taste)
- 400 g yogurt
Instructions
- 1. Mix the muesli, spelt flakes, and flaxseeds in a bowl.
- 2. Divide the dry mixture evenly among four glasses.
- 3. Stir the yogurt vigorously with the lemon juice and maple syrup.
- 4. Continue mixing the yogurt mixture until it has a creamy consistency.
- 5. Rinse the berries under running water.
- 6. Remove any stems or hard parts from the berries.
- 7. Gently pat the berries dry with a kitchen towel.
- 8. Distribute half of the prepared berries over the muesli in the glasses.
- 9. Pour the creamy yogurt mixture over the berries and muesli.
- 10. Place the remaining berries on top as the final layer.
- 11. Sprinkle the finished muesli with a pinch of flaxseeds.
- 12. Serve the muesli immediately.
