  7. 7. Rinse the eggs under cold water to stop the cooking.
  8. 8. Peel the cooled eggs.
  9. 9. Cut the eggs in half.
  10. 10. Carefully scoop out the yolks with a teaspoon.
  11. 11. Place the egg yolks in a bowl.
  12. 12. Use the egg whites for another purpose, such as chopping them for a salad.
  13. 13. Add one to two tablespoons of water to the egg yolks.
  14. 14. Mash the egg yolks into a creamy paste using a wooden spoon.
  15. 15. Stir the mixture until smooth with cayenne pepper.
  16. 16. Stir in the drained quark gradually.
  17. 17. Season the mixture with salt.
  18. 18. Squeeze the lemon.
  19. 19. Measure out one to two teaspoons of lemon juice.
