  4. 4. Mix everything thoroughly using the dough hook of your hand mixer.
  5. 5. Dissolve sal ammoniac (pottasche) in rum and add the solution to the dough.
  6. 6. Continue kneading the dough on the highest speed until it shines and no longer sticks.
  7. 7. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap.
  8. 8. Let the dough rest in the refrigerator overnight.
  9. 9. Prepare a sheet in DIN A5 format for the roof and side walls.
  10. 10. Cut paper in postcard size with an attached triangle for the gable sides.
  11. 11. Shape the triangle to be sharp or flat, depending on your preference.
  12. 12. Cut several strips from thick cardboard that are about 3 cm wide and 10 cm long.
  13. 13. Lightly score the middle of the cardboard strips with a knife.
  14. 14. Fold the cardboard strips at the scored lines to create stable angles.

  16. 16. Roll out the dough in portions to a thickness of about 5 mm.
